Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare LLC in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and support clients with ASD. This role emphasizes collaboration with families and school personnel, data-driven ABA programs, and BACB supervision standards.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
• Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
• 1+ years of professional BCBA experience working with clients with ASD.
• Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with BACB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments) and skills assessments
• Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in line with BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, while monitoring progress through supervision, data analysis and caregiver input.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff, maintaining BACB supervision standards.
• Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.
