Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise center and home-based intervention teams, ensure quality care, and coordinate with families and providers to deliver outcome-driven services.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state requirements.
• At least one year of ABA experience providing services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the Caravel QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and meet certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks timely, including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
