The role offers a salary range of $85k-$95k, a potential annual incentive bonus of up to $6000, and a supportive environment with assistance from a Clinical Manager. Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support behavior technicians/RBTs.
• Review and modify treatment plans based on data analysis.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
