Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Greensboro-based team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs, with a capped caseload and no weekend work.

You'll collaborate with medical professionals, supervise RBTs, conduct functional assessments, and use data to drive treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with ASD and behavioral needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design ABA programs.
• Supervise RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct therapy and parent training.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
• Ensure BACB ethical guidelines are followed.
