Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to design and oversee ABA programs for individuals with ASD. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality care, data-driven adjustments, and collaboration with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification and 3+ years ABA experience.
• Experience working with ASD and other behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for clients with ASD.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans using data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Provide parent training and ongoing support.
• Maintain records and adhere to BACB guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

Education

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

3+ years of ABA therapy experience

Experience with ASD and behavioral needs

Data-driven decision making

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

CPR and First Aid certification

Ability to pass a background check
