Job summary
Gold Vine ABA in Lake County is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based team for a full-time placement. You will lead functional behavior assessments, design neurodiversity-affirming interventions, and collaborate with teachers to support students' behavioral goals.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably in school systems or pediatric populations.
- Ability to pass Level 2 background checks and school district clearance protocols.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and ethical practice in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs tailored to classroom dynamics.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement behavior interventions.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to RBTs and school staff.
- Monitor progress with daily data collection and adjust programming as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with caregivers.
