Job summary

Gold Vine ABA in Hinesville, GA is seeking a full-time BCBA to oversee clinical programming and mentor a dedicated team in a clinic-based setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide hands-on supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, and lead parent training sessions.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct intakes and functional behavior assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Provide high-quality, in-person supervision and hands-on training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
Review data, update programming based on progress, and run parent training sessions.
Participate in team meetings and support a positive, ethical clinic culture.
