Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based program in Mount Laurel, NJ. The BCBA will conduct functional assessments, design and supervise behavioral interventions, and support multiple environments.

The role requires BCBA certification, NJ licensure, and a Master’s degree. It offers full-time or part-time options with a robust benefits package and a performance-based bonus program depending on hours billed and location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• LBA Licensure in New Jersey.
• 2+ years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Create programs and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS.
• Provide parent training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team.
• Provide consultation within schools with administrators and teachers.
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings.
• Provide interactive behavioral solutions to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Develop functional, individualized behavioral programs.
• Supervise clinical support team.
