Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Mt. Laurel, NJ school program. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and provide training to staff.

The role involves direct and indirect services to students and collaboration with classroom teams. The position is in-person, Monday through Friday, with a schedule aligned to school operations. NJ licensure is required, and BCBA certification is essential for interview eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required; NJ licensure in behavior analysis is required.
• Experience with functional assessment and treatment development is preferred.
• New Jersey licensure as a behavior analyst is required or candidate may be eligible to interview.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans; includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.
• Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identifies training needs and conducts trainings to ensure proper implementation of behavior plans.
• Oversees admissions evaluations and intake processes; manages discharge processes.
