First Children Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct functional behavioral assessments, interpret results, and design data-driven behavioral interventions across school settings.

The BCBA will supervise ABA therapists, train families, and collaborate with administrators and teachers; a Master’s degree and NJ-licensed BCBA are required, with strong documentation skills and 2+ years working with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• LBA Licensure in New Jersey (NJ).
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop programs.
• Experience creating Behavior Intervention Plans and completing ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment teams and school personnel.
• Provide consultation with administrators, teachers and family meetings.
• Conduct parent trainings and interactive therapeutic solutions.
• Develop functional, individualized behavioral programs and supervise staff.
• Manage client data and progress documentation.
