Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a BCBA to join a Colorado-based facility school serving students with ASD. This role emphasizes applying clinical ABA skills in a school setting, focusing on functional assessments, behavior programming, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with a Special Education Teacher.

No billable-hour quotas, small caseload, and time to observe and adjust programming to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting children with autism and behavioral needs.
• Clinical ABA background; school experience is helpful.
• Strong data analysis, behavioral assessment and program development skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs aligned with student IEPs.
• Lead behavior programming and replacement-skill development.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming based on findings.
• Oversee treatment integrity and implement behavioral supports throughout the day.
• Coach and model for Instructional Assistants and other school staff.
• Participate in crisis prevention and collaborate with educators on planning.
• Maintain documentation required by BACB and school standards.
