Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Denver. You will oversee a caseload of clients and provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions, while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The role includes supervising behavior technicians, conducting assessments, and delivering parent/caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
