Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks an experienced BCBA to join a team serving children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in-home and in school. The role emphasizes data-driven program development, supervision of technicians, and collaborative care with families and clinicians.

The position offers both part-time and full-time options, with flexible scheduling, leadership opportunities, and ongoing CEU trainings as part of the clinic’s professional development culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, and related clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems for clients and families.
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach.
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary.
