Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting children with autism or developmental needs.
• Experience with functional assessments, behavior intervention plans, and data analysis preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with educators and related-service providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop age- and IEP-appropriate BIPs.
• Lead behavior programming, functional communication, and replacement-skill development.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on outcomes.
• Oversee treatment integrity and implementation of supports.
• Provide modeling, coaching, and feedback to staff.
