Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a qualified BCBA to lead behavioral assessment and treatment planning within a center-based ABA program in Colorado. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality delivery of ABA services to children.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, expertise with VB-MAPP/PEAK, and training parents/caregivers. A focus on ethics, HIPAA, and continuous professional development is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) or eligibility is required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing coaching.
• Knowledge of VB-MAPP and PEAK assessments and data-driven treatment planning.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to design comprehensive ABA programs.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and BACB ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, PEAK etc.).
• Provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
• Supervise and monitor treatment progress of a client through data-based progress monitoring.
• Collaboration with client's interdisciplinary team.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates and provide regular verbal and written feedback.
• Conduct monthly treatment integrities for behavior technicians.
• Provide training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client.
• Maintain confidentiality including compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations, and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance code.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to appropriately deliver services based on client needs.
• Provide direct coverage as needed
• Assist with any clinical needs as they arise
