Job summary

Ro Health, LLC in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with teachers and staff, and help implement behavior plans to support student learning and positive outcomes.

This part-time, in-person role requires strong training skills, data collection, and regular documentation. You will lead 40-hour training for new staff, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and participate in clinical meetings to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in Behavior Analysis/related field.
• BCBA certification required/eligible with active status.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and ensure ethical, effective interventions.
• Provide general supervision to other behavioral professionals and attend IEP/Team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement Behavior Intervention Plans for students.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes and documentation per policies.
• Attend clinical meetings and branch-level discussions for program improvement.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and support ongoing staff development.
• Conduct competency assessments for RBTs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Complete incident reports per school and agency policies.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as needed and develop related plans.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) focusing on antecedent strategies.
• Create ongoing data collection to monitor progress and guide programming.
