Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based team in Riverside County, Corona area. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, collaboration with teachers and staff, and development of behavior intervention plans to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective interventions.
• Provide general supervision to other behavioral professionals and attend service-related meetings (IEPs, Team Meetings).
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and admins to implement behavior plans for positive student outcomes.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes in line with policies for data integrity.
