Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services across school, home, and community settings in Phoenix, AZ. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress with data-driven decisions.

You will supervise and train RBTs, collaborate with families, educators, and clinical teams, and adapt plans to improve outcomes while ensuring ethical and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students and clients.
