Job summary

Ro Health in Lancaster, CA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and collaborate with school staff to improve student learning and behavioral outcomes. This part-time, in-person role offers $57 per hour and a supportive work environment.

You will supervise RBTs, coordinate with teachers and administrators, and help implement behavior intervention plans while maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in behavior-related field.
• BCBA certification or eligible certification is required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective interventions.
• Provide general supervision to other professionals and participate in IEP/Team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes in accordance with policies.
• Attend clinical and branch-level meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and support ongoing development.
• Conduct initial and renewal competency assessments for RBTs.
• Complete incident reports documenting behavior events and responses.
• Perform FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Establish ongoing data collection to monitor baseline and program efficacy.
