Job summary

The Education Cooperative TEC Campus School in Walpole, MA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join an integrated school-team. You will provide direct, indirect, and consultation services to support educational goals, with behavior plans, data collection, and staff training as core duties.

Under the Program Director supervision, you’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a supportive school environment, with potential for summer program involvement and 183-day school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required or in process.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write Behavior Support Plans.
• Create data collection systems and analyze data.
• Provide training to staff.
• Responsible for behavior management and restraints (Safety Care).
• Write Functional Behavioral Assessments and observation reports.
• Monitor student behavior plans.
• Provide behavior consultation to teachers and staff.
