Job summary

Main Street School in New Hampshire is seeking a BCBA or a special educator with significant behavioral experience to join our team. The BCBA will provide direct daily services 1:1 to a student and create programming, developing and overseeing positive behavior intervention plans for a student with complex needs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal educational outcomes, with SAU 16 approving the vacancies and guiding district practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or special education certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized positive behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide 1:1 daily services and programming for the student.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust BIPs using data-driven methods.
• Assist in crisis intervention and proactive strategies.
• Communicate with families, offering guidance and resources.
