Njaseps in Clark, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavioral analysis services, conduct FBA’s, analyze data, and guide interventions for students with Emotional Regulation Disorders.

The successful candidate will train staff, supervise and support one-on-ones, and relocate to Clark before starting work. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising one-on-one staff and providing staff training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied behavioral analysis services and conduct FBA’s.
• Analyze data, evaluate students’ needs and guide interventions for Emotional Regulation Disorders.
• Train staff and supervise one-on-ones who work directly with students.
