Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Longmont, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves designing and implementing behavioral plans, collaborating with school teams, and delivering evidence-based supports to students across multiple schools.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and partner with teachers, families, and related service providers to create positive, inclusive learning environments in the district.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active CDE certification or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
