Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, behavior analysis, or related field.

• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
• Ability to maintain Safety‑Care trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Collect and analyze behavior data to monitor progress.
