Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their Lower School Program. This role includes conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans for students with multiple disabilities while collaborating closely with educators and families.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in education, behavior analysis, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
• Ability to maintain Safety‑Care trainer certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Collect and analyze behavior data to monitor progress.
• Train staff on behavior programming principles.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students.
