Qualifications

  • Certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Master's degree preferred; citizenship/residency/work visa required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with team on behavior plans, accommodations and social skills.
  • Oversee ABA paraprofessionals and IEP implementation.
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Conduct FBA and related assessments to guide interventions.
  • Provide professional development and training for staff.
  • Coordinate home-school communications and parent guidance.
