Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in New Jersey seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our residential programs across Southern New Jersey. The position includes a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, with on-call responsibilities.

You will implement behavior support, conduct assessments, supervise staff, and coordinate care across counties. Qualifications include a Master’s in psychology, BCBA certification, and a valid driver's license; travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field with specialization in Behavior Analysis.
• NJ Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral support interventions and activities.
• Provide ABS or PBS Functional behavioral assessments and development of a behavior support plan.
• Complete initial crisis plan development and documentation within 48 hours of admission.
• Supervise behavior technicians as indicated by certification.
• Travel between residential locations across multiple New Jersey counties.
