Job summary

Adapt for Life, based in New Albany, Indiana, is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA therapy efforts across clinics in multiple states. You will develop and supervise behavioral programs for children with autism and related conditions, coordinating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field.
• BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days.
• Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires)
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
• Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum
• Possess a Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate case management activities.
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or 300 weekly RBT hours, billing 29 hours per week.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Provide supervision and training of clinical staff.
• Develop and implement assessment programs in school, home, and community settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Provide staff training as needed.
• Coordinate home and school communication regarding treatment program.
