Job summary

Adapt For Life is hiring in Indianapolis to deliver ABA therapy with a clinical focus and supportive leadership. You will manage a caseload of children while coordinating with families, teachers, and clinicians to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field.
• BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days.
• Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires).
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Possess a Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate case management activities.
• Oversee a caseload of 8 clients or up to 300 weekly RBT hours and bill 29 hours per week.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and training of clinical staff.
• Develop and implement behavioral assessments in school, home, and community settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide consultative services.
