Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days.
• Current or ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires).
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Experience with behavioral assessment and treatment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, their families and caregivers.
• Coordinate case management activities.
• Oversee a caseload of up to 8 clients or 300 weekly RBT hours, with 29 hours weekly billing.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Provide supervision and training of clinical staff.
• Develop and implement behavioral assessments and treatment programs in school, home and community settings.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Provide consultative services to parents, teachers and other personnel.
• Provide staff training as needed.
• Coordinate home and school communication regarding treatment.
