Job summary

Adapt For Life, a private ABA provider with multiple clinics, seeks a BCBA for full-time work in Indiana. You will develop and oversee behavioral assessments and treatment plans for children and families, coordinate case management, and train caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA Certification is required or in progress.
• Licensure to practice behavior analysis where required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
• Experience with behavioral assessment and treatment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and families.
• Coordinate case management activities and oversee a caseload.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs.
• Ensure supervision and training of clinical staff as needed.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide consultative services.
• Organize, facilitate and lead treatment team meetings; maintain documentation.
