Circle City ABA in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a center-based program serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and support families and a clinical team to advance progress through high-quality therapy and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification and BACB credentials.
• Credentialed BCBA with memberships in ABAI or related bodies.
• Two years of experience with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred).
• Ability to interact with families, staff and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide staff training, supervision, and feedback.
• Coordinate regular caregiver meetings and trainings for open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify clients and families in need of additional supports (e.g., high risk).
• Mentor, engage, and retain staff to foster a positive culture.
• Participate in professional development and share insights with the clinical team.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and credentialing current (e.g., BACB, BCBA supervision).
