Job summary

Achievedments ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care for children with autism. The role involves treatment planning, supervision, parent training, and collaboration with schools, daycares, and homes across NC, GA, and AZ.

You’ll be supported by an administrative team and focus on clinical excellence while improving client outcomes. The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, and NC LBA eligibility or progress toward it; bilingual

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
