Achivements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role emphasizes treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, and family training with flexible in-home, daycare, and school settings.

You will focus on clinical excellence while a dedicated back-office team supports administrative tasks. A strong mentorship culture and ongoing CEU opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
