Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role includes remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and collaborative team meetings to ensure high-quality care in home, daycare, and school settings.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, ensure HIPAA/BACB compliance, and work with a supportive back-office team to focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or education.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
