Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs with flexible remote or in-person options. The role covers in-home, daycare, and school settings across several states, ensuring high-quality clinical care and client outcomes.

The position emphasizes mentorship, ongoing training, and strong collaboration with families, teachers, and staff. North Carolina LBA eligibility is required or in progress.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
  • Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
  • Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
