Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents, with services delivered in-home, in daycares, and schools.

We support you with a back-office team, mentorship, and ongoing CEUs, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and client outcomes. Compensation is hourly with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
