Achivements ABA Therapy GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical excellence across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents in both remote and in-person settings.

You will work with a back-office team to focus on clinical care while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance. This position offers part-time and full-time options with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
