Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with autism across home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

The role includes remote or in-person clinical supervision of RBTs, parent training, and team collaboration. North Carolina LBA required or in-process, with strong leadership and communication skills and a passion for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
