Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team in Utah. This role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance with flexible, hybrid work options and opportunities for professional growth.

You will lead and supervise RBTs, design individualized, data-informed treatment plans, and help families implement strategies that extend beyond therapy sessions. The role also involves collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality client

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Utah LBA eligibility is required or to be obtained before starting.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA/psychology is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with mentorship and feedback.
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client progress.
• Support families with strategies and tools to foster progress at home and in therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of client care.
• Foster a positive, solutions-oriented team environment.
