The Faison Center in Newport News, VA is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide organizational leadership and supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis practices in school programs serving individuals ages 5–22. You will build partnerships with families and community organizations while ensuring effective behavioral and academic programming.

You will oversee behavior analytic programming, mentor staff, and manage IEP-related documentation in a fast-paced school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education or related field required.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Special education teacher licensure in Virginia preferred.
• Knowledge of educational reports including IEPs, Interim Reports, Progress Reports and Report Cards.
• Knowledgeable in data collection.

Responsabilités

• Oversee behavior analytic programming and data-driven interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor instructional and clinical staff.
• Ensure accurate implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Develop individualized goals, program plans, and progress reports.
• Provide parent training and family support as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and support daily school operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, compliance, documentation, and budget needs.
