Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor to expand access to care in the Richmond, Virginia area. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery and supervise staff, while collaborating with families and schools.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment plans, BIPs, and family training in a team environment with a strong focus on quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism treatment and clinical programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop and supervise client BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs, analyze data and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions and collaborate with families and schools.
