Job summary

The Faison Center is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide organizational leadership, supervision, and professional development for Applied Behavior Analysis within our school programs serving individuals ages 5-22 in Richmond, VA.

You will oversee behavior analytic programming, supervise staff, and ensure accurate implementation of BIPs, while partnering with families and community organizations to promote positive outcomes in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required.
• Virginia special education licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, interim reports, progress reports and report cards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavior analytic programming and data-driven interventions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor instructional and clinical staff.
• Ensure accurate implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Develop individualized goals, program plans, and progress reports.
• Provide parent training and family support as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and support daily school operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, compliance, documentation, and budget needs.
