Dominion Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an in-home, school-age focused program in Tidewater ABA, Norfolk, VA. You will supervise clinicians, develop ISPs, and ensure billing targets while maintaining high-quality care.

The role requires a BCBA, BACB-approved master's degree, and Virginia LBA eligibility. Expect a 40-hour work week with a 21-hour billable target and incentives for exceeding it.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a BACB-approved field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for BCBA within 2 months.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and develop ISP based on assessments.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to staff.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure billing targets are met.
• Coordinate with other service providers for consistency.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies.
