Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking individuals currently enrolled in or having completed a Master's in ABA or related field to serve as a Program Supervisor. This in-person, center-based role offers hands-on leadership, supervising a team of Behavior Therapists and coaching staff while collaborating with experienced BCBAs to advance client outcomes.

You will mentor staff, support treatment programs, and help clients and families achieve meaningful goals in a supportive clinical environment as you work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Master's in ABA or related field.
• Active pursuit of BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modifications
• Conduct assessments and assist with behavior intervention planning
• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians
• Provide performance feedback and support staff development
• Lead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
• Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success
