Job summary

Acorn Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Program Supervisor in Kissimmee, FL. You will oversee client treatment from assessment to care delivery, supervise technicians, and lead data-driven treatment planning across clinics, homes, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop and oversee client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead on client cases and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data, progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide training to families and collaborate with schools and teams.
