Job summary
Acorn Health, a leading ABA provider in Cadillac, Michigan, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor to expand access to care in the Cadillac area. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery and serve as the clinical lead on cases.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
- Experience with children, teens and families.
- English fluency; valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
- Conduct functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
- Develop and implement client's BIPs and treatment plans.
- Serve as clinical lead and supervise Behavior Technicians.
- Monitor programs, analyze data and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide family training and collaborate with parents and schools.
- Share ASD knowledge through trainings and presentations.
