Job summary

Acorn Health in Florida seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Program Supervisor, expanding access to care in the ChampionsGate area with additional clinics in Orlando and beyond.

You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, develop and supervise treatment plans, mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and schools, and promote ABA best practices across settings while advancing clinical quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans and BIPs.
• Serve as clinical lead and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions to staff and families.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and teams across settings.
• Promote ABA best practices through presentations and trainings.
• Attend team meetings to discuss progress and share research insights.
