Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Develop, oversee, and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Provide family training and collaborate with clients, families, schools.
