Acorn Health in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Program Supervisor, expanding access to ABA services in the Kalamazoo area. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery in a team-based environment.

The ideal candidate holds a master's in ABA or related field with BCBA certification, and experience with autism. You will lead treatment plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with families, schools and clinicians to ensure

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with children and families affected by autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and adjust the treatment plan.
• Provide family training and support and collaborate with families.
