Job summary

Acorn Health in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor, leading client treatment from assessment through care delivery in a team-based setting.

You will oversee functional assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and mentor Behavior Technicians while collaborating with families and schools to implement evidence-based ABA interventions across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop and supervise client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data, review programs, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions and collaborate with families.
• Coordinate with schools and other professionals on intervention across settings.
• Promote ASD/ABA knowledge through training and presentations.
